Please make sure you fill out all applicable forms.
- Birth Certificate
- Registration for the RAMS
- Team Waiver (For players outside of BUR/WIN)

STEP 1: Birth certificate submission. Please fill out the form below, click the “Add a File” button and attach a copy of your child’s birth certificate or email a copy to Burlingtonwinooskirams@gmail.com
STEP 2: Fill out and sign registration form. Click “Start Registration” below to get started.
Note payment will be collected via check to
Burlington Rams Youth Football @ PO Box 89 Colchester, Vermont 05446.

Step 3: For players NOT from Burlington or Winooski interested in playing for the RAMS please fill out the waiver linked below.
